Warranty

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for one year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if it fails due to material or workmanship.

Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product that cause damage such as a bent ring or broken chain, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of dJems.

Please send us an email to info@dJems.net with the following details.

  • Order number
  • Name of the product
  • Brief description of the damage and location of it
  • Clear photos of the product (1 photo of the entire item and 1 close-up of the defect area)

Important

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of dJems.com and/or dJems stores or pop-ups) are not covered under dJems’s warranty. Please
reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should
a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.

4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.

Jewelry Care

Our products may be washed with a mild hand or dish soap, rinsed thoroughly, dabbed with a soft cloth, and air dried overnight.

After several wears, your bracelet may become a bit loose around your wrist. It is normal for memory wire to relax a bit over time, especially when new. You can gently reform the bracelet into the “closed” position where the ends meet when relaxed. This gentle reforming will actually help the material hold its shape.
