What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment or in the form of store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned must be in original condition and in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
Items marked 'FINAL SALE' may not be returned.
How do I request of return?
To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service team at info@dJems.net.
Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- A brief explanation for the return.
Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and further instructions.
I received an incorrect/defective/damaged item. What do I do?
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email info@dJems.net with your order number along with a photo of the item you received with a brief description of the issue.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not provide free shipping, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To facilitate a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as this will help ensure the safe return of your items.
If you received an incorrect item, or if your item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team at info@dJems.net to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
